Very good breakfast

We were forced off the autostrada and made to break our journey by an intense snow storm, that basically closed the autostrada. The snow came unexpectedly and we had no time to fit our snow chains. We struggled to the hotel in dangerous and upsetting conditions. JOANNA, the hotel manager, was our saviour and a saint! She gave us a warm and reassuring welcome, and then spent a long time helping us to locate a set of snow tires. She telephoned all local garages and tire shops. And then she rang family and friends to ask advice. She was so helpful, well beyond her job description. She found us the tires and really saved our journey. All of this on Friday evening at 5pm. Thank you very, very much for this 5 Star service. The hotel is not far from the motorway, in the centre of the town. It has an excellent restaurant and is fully Covid compliant in very way. We parked right outside the door. The town has a variety of restaurants and cafes, just metres from the hotel
